Mr. Troutman joined STK in 1976 as an intern architect and was made partner in 1985. As president and CEO of the firm, he guides STK in the continual enhancement of services including the integration of current technologies, such as building information modeling (BIM) and sustainable design principles. His diverse experience includes multi-cinema, governmental, retail, military, worship, electronic communication and historic adaptive reuse facilities on a regional and national basis.
Mr. Salts joined STK in 1987 as an intern architect and was made partner in 1999. He has been the principal-in-charge on fire station projects as well as a variety of municipal and public works projects, including maintenance facilities, government buildings, communications facilities, rehabilitation centers and court facilities.
Ms. Acton joined STK in 1988 as a project manager and was made partner in 1997. She has been the principal-in-charge on numerous multi-cinema and entertainment complex projects throughout the U.S. In Southern California, she has been the principal-in-charge on a variety of projects, including libraries, community buildings, parks and churches.
Mr. Behringer joined STK in 1986, advanced to associate in 1999 and senior associate in 2006. He has been the project manager on numerous multi-cinema and entertainment complex projects throughout the nation and has managed a variety of other project types, including retail centers, military facilities and communication buildings.
Mr. Finaldi joined STK in 1994 and was promoted to senior associate in 2006. He has managed all phases of fire station projects, community centers, movie theatres and various communications projects, and now serves as the lead project manager on various San Bernardino county projects.
Mr. Frick has extensive experience in the design and project management of libraries, community facilities, information centers and park buildings. In addition to managing the Highland Library/ ELC, Crestline Library and Moreno Valley Library, he is the director of LEED consulting for STK’s San Jacinto office.
