this 11,576 sf project consists of a public library branch with a multipurpose room and adjacent preschool. the library space requires flexibility for the interior space, pulic computer access, a children's computer area and a public meeting room. the multipurpose room includes a kitchen for future meal programs. the main goal of the owner is to provide these spaces in a leed silver certified building while adhering to a strict budget.
